Neil Denman received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting (summa cum laude) from Louisiana Tech University in 1997. Upon graduation he started his accounting career with the Big Five firm of Deloitte and Touche, LLP, and then received his license to practice in 1998. After five years with in the tax compliance department, Neil joined the Rogers Accounting Firm, P.A. and was admitted as a partner in 2002. After managing the day-to-day operations of Rogers, Denman, & Associates, PLLC, for over two years, Neil completed the buyout of his partner in the summer of 2005 forming Denman & Associates, CPA, P.A.
Neil is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Arkansas State Society of Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He currently serves as Treasurer for Calvary Baptist Church and is President the Westside Referral Chapter of Business Network International.

Their founding partner formed Frost in 1974 with the objectives of providing personalized, high-quality financial services, reputable, reliable advice and staff that their clients can count on throughout the years. Frost’s founder was not only a CPA, but also a pilot who was willing to go anywhere to provide their services to new clients. His initial efforts laid the foundation for their national client base and their firm mentality that they are not limited geographically when it comes to adding new and serving their existing clients. They believe they are unique in this respect for a firm their size.
Currently, Frost employs a staff of approximately one hundred fifty (150) individuals, including a professional staff of approximately one hundred (100), seventeen (17) of whom are members. Their main office is Little Rock, Arkansas. Since our founding, we’ve grown outside of our base in Little Rock; in 2003, they expanded to include an office in Fayetteville, Arkansas, then during 2007, they acquired a firm in Raleigh, North Carolina and in 2014, they merged with a firm in Phoenix, Arizona. The growth of their firm reflects their success at meeting and exceeding their objectives, as well as their national and international client base, some of which originated with their founder in 1974 and remain clients and friends over forty (40) years later.

Consequently, we are periodically “audited” by a team of CPAs sent to our office by the PCPS. At the conclusion of their examination they issue a report as to our adherence to technical and professional standards. We have always received an unqualified (“clean”) opinion of our compliance to those standards.
