Wayne C. Smith formed his local accounting practice in 1987, after more than 15 years of public accounting experience. Previously Mr. Smith had worked for an international accounting firm and had been the partner in charge of municipal audits with Berry, Fowles & Co., CPAs in Falmouth, Maine.
He has more than 35 years of experience in the practice of public accounting and is qualified as a Peer Reviewer under the AICPA Practice Monitoring Program for firms without SEC clients. Wayne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of CPAs, Maine Society of CPAs and the Government Audit Quality Center of the AICPA.
